New Bug Status "Confirmed"?

Hi,

I would like to have a new bug status "Confirmed". Why? While checking
the bugs, I could confirm some, but did not want to set their status on
"Accepted", because
1) it's tinymces part or
2) I cannot make the decision to accept a bug. At least I feel so,
because in most cases others / you have the work to do ...

What do you think about it?
