[TYPO3-announce] Announcing TYPO3 12.4.6 LTS and TYPO3 11.5.31 LTS

Dear TYPO3 Community,

today we've released TYPO3 CMS versions 12.4.6 LTS and 11.5.31 LTS, which are ready for you to download.

These versions are maintenance releases and contain bug fixes only.

These versions add PHP 8.3 support for TYPO3 Core.
