Launch Instances Using LauchConfiguration

Hi All

I seem to be experiencing Issue 94. Is there anything I can help with
to correct the issue this is quite important to me.

I noticed that for those 2 params, I hadn't removed the "lauchconfiguration" part. I had that whole method set up to use an optional prefix, but I goofed there. I am testing the change and will commit shortly. Will probably do a point release once I go through the other things in the issue list.
