Help needed in tracing roads in Pangasinan

DigitalGlobe recently donated some *very* recent satellite imagery to
the Philippine OpenStreetMap community covering the central Pangasinan
area. The imagery captured some of the flooding brought by Typhoon
Pepeng. We need help in tracing these streets in OpenStreetMap. Please

Aside from road tracing, do you guys know of any other possible *non-
commercial* use for the satellite imagery (non-commercial because
that's the stipulation of DigitalGlobe when they donated the imagery)?
They show the Agno River overflowing its banks so maybe this can help
in rehabilitation efforts?
