I hope this typhoon won't devastate the affected areas badly.
The Red Cross has reached out and is asking if they could use the disaster tool for internal use. Any advise?

They could use me too... apart from the tool... I just hope the power in Manila stays on... =)
Also, I'm curious as to the main goal this time around... I recall giving up mapping in Pepeng partly because the maps in the provinces weren't detailed enough to be of use to rescuers (which was my main motivation)... just my two rupiahs...
