TyphoonAE 0.2.0 released

Hi everybody,

After a couple of months, I'm happy to announce that TyphoonAE 0.2.0
is now available for download. This new release comes with support for
the latest Google App Engine SDK (Python) 1.4.0.

I am also happy to supply a very experimental all-in-one VMware image.
See http://code.google.com/p/typhoonae/wiki/VMware for a brief
documentation. You can now upload application files to your own
TyphoonAE box with the original appcfg.py command from the SDK.
