This is not possible on a granular level as required to guarantee that
apps don't interfere with other apps. However, there are ways to
promote one app over the other, for instance, e.g. by allocating more
FastCGI server instances. You can also disable various services for
one application. But to be honest, I wouldn't build a business as a
hosting provider on top of TyphoonAE. Far from it! Since TyphoonAE
puts the whole stack into the developer's hands, it enables him to be
more independent from hosting providers.
