Introducing Typhoauth (Typhoeus + OAuth)

Hi folks -

Wanted to let you know that if you have a need to use Typhoeus with an
OAuth-guarded API, there's now a way to do it:

Note that this works with the new Hydra and Request interface, not the
older Remote Object interface.
