So I have the 2030 and when I connect it to a USB3 port (the blue one) on my computer the fn and the media keys, etc. don't work anymore, only the normal keys work, so I can't increase/decrease volume, I can't play/pause, I can't copy&paste, etc. I still can type and ctrl, alt and those modifiers work. Only the ones you need the fn key don't work.

When I move to a USB2 port then everything just works magically.

I am using it with Arch Linux and sadly I don't have a Windows computer with USB3 ports so I could test it there.

I am not sure that this is the right place to report bugs, if not, please point me to the bugtracker or something.

Hello Jeena,

Sorry for the troubles you are experiencing. Can you confirm that the computer is in NUM lock mode when you plug the keyboard into the USB3 port? The 2030 will only work properly if the computer is set to NUM lock on. The numlock in the top right corner is really more of a keyboard internal function lock. To send an actual NUM lock change command, hold function and tap the top right key once. Then please try again. Best of luck

So I doublechecked now and it wos in NUM lock on the whole time. I tested now to set it to off, and after a test every thing works as it did before, in the USB3 port fn keys don't work, in a USB2 port it still works.
