Hello,

I've placed an order 8 days ago, wrote an email to in...@typematrix.com 4 days ago.

No reply yet, I'm starting to worry.

It's my 3rd order of typematrix, and everything has always been great...but for this one, this silence is unexpected.

Can someone confirm Typematrix is still alive?
