Back on the road again

Many thanx to Jim Adney for rebuilding Elwood's master cylinder, as now the brake pedal is high and firm again. Great job, Jim!

Couple that with the engine running and idling great now with the exchange of another IAD: Elwood is driving like a champ again.

Can I get a redo of the Eau Clair Invasion? LOL

Great news, Dave. Can't do a re-do on the Invasion, but we could plan another mini Invasion of the Cincinnati VW Porsche Reunion on September 27th this Fall. I am sure we can get a few of the local Type 3 folks to make that drive. It would give Scott Butler a chance to get together after having the trouble with his Fasty on the way to the Invasion. Jill and I would be up for it….

This show is always the last weekend in September. Might have the same problem every year with the camp closing overlap. Just have to get your priorities right. <G>

I think we were all sad and missed seeing Elwood in Eau Claire. Sounds like
some of you are talking about a trip to Cincy this fall. We should also
consider the Gilmore Air-Cooled weekend next year. That was a beautiful
weekend.

Yellow graphics on Royal Blue cotton.
