Miracle Story

Don't know what I did to deserve this request to be granted, but I was Davening Shemone Esrei about a week ago and had been working on guarding my eyes from seeing things which Jewish people should not see, and at the end of the prayer where one is permitted to ask for things from H.sh.m, I asked (not the exact words, but close) "please, I have been working on guarding my eyes, so please, show me that I am on the right path by helping me with several things and maybe even give me a bit of money".
Within about a week - I kid you not - all the following things happened;
- I was given 2 jobs and 3 more possible ones
- Home rehab therapy for someone in my family suddenly started (it had been stalled for some reason)
- I was able to get a hold of a doctor I needed to speak with and they are normally very busy
- An issue with a lien in a bank account resolved
- An issue with health insurance was resolved 
- An issue with food that started being resolved
