to Thank You HaKadosh Baruch Hu - Share you Miracle!
This is being shared l'Iluy Nishmas (for the elevation of the soul of) a dear friend - Tzvi Yosef ben Shmuel zt'l.

A few days ago, I had been listening to a Shiur (Torah lecture) on Emunah (trust in G-d) and Bitachon (belief in G-d), and among the things mentioned was that one should wash for bread every single day - even if only eating a small piece like one slice of bread (though certainly enough to be able to Bentch - the blessing after eating bread) and the rest of the meal is other things - and Bentching (saying the blessing after eating bread) afterwords. The person giving the Shiur also said as a side note that this is also a Segulah (translates as "remedy" but is more something that is done to facilitate blessings) for Parnasah (livelihood) as it specifically thanks H.sh.m for what He provides us - health, Parnasah, etc.

For a few days after that Shiur, I was unable to wash, but then I did wash and have some bread, and literally no more than 5 seconds after I finish Bentching, I get a message saying "Hey, we would like you to do this for us. How much do you charge?", then about a minute or 2 after that, I get a phone call from a previous customer saying thank you very much for work I did earlier that week, then about an hour after that, I get another call from another customer looking for me to do some work, then as I am writing this message out, I get another call from another customer!

This may seem extreme, but this is complete Emes (with the possible exception of the timing which might be off by some minutes)!

Thank You H.sh.m for showing me with absolute clarity that You want to give Your people Brachah - and all we have to do is ask!

Next -

Recently, for no specific reason of my own (though I am absolutely certain H.sh.m had me do this for a reason) I began listening to Shiurim about Emunah and Bitachon, and shortly after I started listening to these Shiurim, one of the Sefarim that I learn from daily which covers various topics in the weekly Parshah also had a section about Emunah and Brachah, so I took this as a sign that I should start doing some of the things suggested in the lecture.

So I started washing for bread and Bentching each day, and since then my business has begun to pick up (i.e. before I got maybe 2 customers a month if I was lucky, now Baruch H.sh.m Bli Eyin Harah I have had at least 5 and another possible one in the past month that I can think of off the top of my head, 2 of them repeat customers) - exactly as the Shiur said!
Thank You H.sh.m for showing me that all I have to do if I need something is ask in the proper way and do my Hishtadlut and You deliver!

The Shiur stated that as Bentching (Birkat HaMazon - the blessing after eatinbread) is the only Brachah that is directly from the Torah - and though Tefillos such as Shacharit/Minchah/Ma'ariv, Kiddush Levanah (sanctification of the new moon), etc. are required, these were instituted by Chazal (our sages) - and this Brachah is literally all requests of H.sh.m for Brachah for a person compressed into a small Tefillah ("Hazan u'Mefarness LaKol", end of first Brachah of Birkat HaMazon).

Please note that if you intend to try this, it is not just once or twice a week, but every single day. If you can't eat gluten or don't like bread, then wash on something that you use for the meals on Shabbos/Yom Tov/Chaggin (Jewish Sabbaths and holidays), eat a small piece the size of an egg maybe a little larger, then eat the rest of your meal as normal and say Birkat HaMazon.
