After a lot of thought I've chosen to release Tycho under the new BSD
License for no specific reason other than GPL compatibility and
permissiveness. Much deliberation was given to the Apache 2.0 and MS-
PL licenses, and some to dual licensing under the GPL v2 and MS-PL (or
Apache) which is precisely the point I realised I was thinking way too
hard about this...
BSD will do fine! ;)
