We are the Blue Ribbon Movement- a social organisation that designs and delivers leadership development programs to build a better world.

We are delighted to announce that registrations for Relead are now open! Relead is an international program designed to equip you with skills to lead into the future.

It will be held from May 27 - June 01, 2014 in collaboration with The Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore at Bangalore, India.

The foundations of Relead are in psychology, philosophy, personal growth, management, ecology and systems thinking. It also uses an ontological approach to leadership - looking at the ‘being’ of a leader. The methodology is a blend from across various disciplines - essentially an interactive approach that combines action with reflection and utilizes art, games, simulations and conversations to distill and make sense of the ideas being explored.
