Dear Nainesh,

 

Please find below the JD of Associate Counselor- Mumbai.

 

·         It is a sales profile for acquisition of clients for a fee based advisory service – 15000 + Taxes for a Financial Plan – charged upfront

·         Targets – 4-6 Clients per month (this will depend on the level)

·         They will not be writing financial plans.

·         Their job is to explain the concept, close deals, collect data and send it to Financial Planners to write the plan.

·         Once plan is written then they have to present it to clients and implement the plan – invest in various products/insurances as per the guidelines in the Plan

·         Provide continuous service to these clients and other mapped clients.

·         Raw leads will be provided / via data / branch leads / Corporate events  etc ..
