I have raises 3100.00 so far the guy wants us to get as close to 8000 as we can. I feel if we raised 5000 he might take it.

That's almost four MakerBot Replicator 2 printers or three Replicator 2X printers. Have you looked into the printing quality of these printers? I'm pretty impressed with the print quality from the new MakerBot printers.

Using a team delta printer as the spaces' primary printer would help get any kinks worked out.  As well as gaining experience supporting it.

And I made some really good contacts with the MakerBot folk at SXSW 2013 on behalf of TXRX Labs. We may be able to negotiate a price break/discount 

'cuz we're a Makerspace.
