Howdy Texas-Oklahoma District!
I’d just like to start off by thanking everyone who attended this year’s 59th annual Texas-Oklahoma District Convention. This past service year has truly been phenomenal, and I look forward to seeing just how far our district will stride next year!
Today I’d like to talk to you all about our District Committee Chair applications. As of now, the 2013-2014 Texas-Oklahoma District Board will be looking for passionate, dedicated servant leaders who are prepared to take their involvement with Circle K to the next level. By serving on a District Committee, you’ll have the opportunity to influence dozens of members in all sixteen of our might T-O District clubs.
We are currently accepting applications for one of five chair positions, including: Membership Development & Kiwanis Family Relations, Service, District Events, Public Relations & Marketing (Editor) , Laws & Regulations.
If you’re interested in applying for any of these positions, please read and fill out the application attached to this email. Keep in mind that if appointed, it will be mandatory for you to attend your respective divisional W.O.W. (Weekend Officer Workshop) in April.
Applications are due Wednesday, March 27th, so if you are interested, get started as soon as possible! Once again, the opportunity to join theTexas-Oklahoma District Board is a great one- you’ll have the chance to use your own abilities to influence hundreds of lives, so don’t hesitate! Apply today!
