PIT Count Info

Good morning, everyone!
Caleb and I are leading the PIT Count this year and I just wanted to provide you all with the information needed before the day of. The count will be this Thursday, January 23rd. We will meet at Mission Texarkana between 8:00-8:30am to begin the count. If you plan to volunteer for the count, please make sure to watch the 2 training videos linked below and also have the app downloaded prior to arriving the day of. We are so thankful for everyone that is taking time out of their day to help us and we appreciate you so much! Be sure to dress warm, and we can't wait to get this going this year and hopefully have it all done by 1:00pm that day. If anyone has any questions at all, please feel free to reach out to me.

The intent of this hour tracker form is to help THN staff identify the number of volunteers and hours it took to plan and conduct the 2025 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count. This information is used as matching funds as well as cited in blog posts and media inquiries related to the PIT count. BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM AND SIGNING THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT YOU ARE STATING THAT THESE HOURS ARE TRUE (TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY) AND THAT YOU COULD PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION (TIME SHEETS, SIGN IN SHEETS, ETC), TO THN STAFF FOR VERIFICATION (IF NEEDED). |
