Thank you for the heads up and my apologies on that. Both of the
documents linked from this Group are planning documents for the event
organizers and are not really necessary or informative otherwise. On
behalf of the organizing team, I'd like to apologize as we've not done
a good job clarifying which resources are targeted for organizers and
which for attendees.

With that said, everything is coming together nicely and there are a
lot of people already registered for the event. We'll be sending out
a formal, detailed email to all registered participants tomorrow with
details about parking, lunch, and what to bring and expect. I for one
am really excited :)
