Below is the information from SFA as well as from UTPB (Lois is having difficulty logging in to the group)
SFA:
Lecturer: 48698
Assistant professor: 52593
Associate Professor: 62032
Full Professor: 66452
New salaries are negotiated via the provost. Most are in the 50,000-53,000 range
UTPB:
Faculty salaries at the University of Texas of the
Permian Basin are also tied closely to CUPA.
CUPA is used for all new hires across the
university. However, staying up with CUPA for
long-time faculty is a bit more difficult. We do run
individual current salaries of all university
faculty against CUPA for salary adjustments
periodically, although less frequently recently.
Some salary adjustments have been made when faculty
are well below CUPA and where that faculty member
has a history of "exceeds expectations" merit
ratings.
Since we are so small, sharing "average faculty
salaries by rank" would actually be a faculty
member's salary, so I won't do that here.
