Hi Group,
I don't see much posts here :) but I think that there should be a
similar group, as the TX series of HP should be blamed.
I faced the problem with the nVidia chipset resulting a black screen
when I switch on the laptop. I thought that it was dead, but I sent it
to a IT repair service (as the HP warranty is not valid anymore), so
the tech told me that he can try with a procedure that warms and cools
the nVidia chipset. So, the procedure went OK, and now the laptop can
start normally, but I'm scared a little bit to use it because of
that.
SpeedFan program shows 90C for GPU and 46C CPU on idle! I cannot
imagine what will happen if I run a game or something ....
Now I want to try any cooling solutions (without cooling pads and
external fans) as this is a tablet PC and it stupid to use pad or
external fan on it!
Do you guys have any other ideas?
