At the request of 22nd District Attorney General Brent Cooper, in
May, TBI Special Agents and detectives with the Pulaski Police
Department began investigating allegations of Thomas Campbell having
sex with a minor. During the course of the investigation, Agents
developed information that Campbell did have sexual relations with a
minor on or around April 9th
For the felony count of sexual exploitation of a minor, Campbell
received supervised probation for 6 years. For felony count of
aggravated statutory rape, he received 6 years supervised probation.
For felony count coercion of witness, 8 years of supervised
probation.
For misdemeanor count of shoplifting 5 hundred dollars or less, 11
months, 29 days and misdemeanor count of carrying a weapon on
government property, Campbell received 11 months, 29 days of
supervised probation.
All sentences are running concurrent, which means Campbell will be
on supervised probation for a total of 8 years, the longest
sentence.
