I don't have an answer for you, but if you're happy with your
truck parking(described as $.50/day?????), why can't you
just park the bike there?

Either in my several rereads of your narrative, I've misinterpreted,
or there's some information missing. Perhaps the existent truck
parking doesn't allow MC?

I'm trying to understand but, I've never seen any MC only park
areas in DT Dallas. However, I would suspect you could prob-
ably wrangle one of those parking lot owners to let you park a
bike in one of those striped off(as in "stripe") areas that produce
no revenue at all.

Park it in Oak Cliff and catch the bus?
