Also, it is available on a.cs.uiuc.edu (128.174.252.1). There are no
time restrictions on that machine, but it would probably be good to stay
away during work hours (8 to 5 CDT).
The file is in /pub, and anon ftp works just fine. The name of the file
is DoDframe.Z . You'll need to uncompress it after you've nabbed it.
