Skills: Strong working knowledge of .NET technologies (ASP.net, C#,
VB.net);
Experience in web development using HTML, ASP, VBScript,
Java Script;
Knowledge of COM objects in a web environment;
Knowledge and use of bug and source control systems;
Understanding of database design and technologies;
Knowledge of SQL server 2000;
Experience developing interactive Internet web sites using
Active Server Pages (ASP) with SQL Server 2000 as a back-end
for delivery of database driven dynamically generated web
pages;
Candidate must have experience developing complex web
applications;
Excellent communication and documentation skills;
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
Scope: Develop programming logic and design interface to
incorporate the following agency information: Financial
summaries of loans,Financial summaries of grants,
Construction status, inspection reports. Perform system
analyst work to produce detail project plan and system
requirement documents. Other reasonable Web Programmer
services as necessary for the design and development of a
new application of selected project(s).
