Twython from behind a proxy

Hello,

I would like to use Twython from behind my institute proxy. I have set
bash http(s) proxy environment variables. On trying out the example
given in Twython github page, I get this error: http://pastebin.com/aJMBBBwp

I would appreciate it if someone could help.

Hey,

That looks like a basic connection refused. Are you sure this is an
issue with httplib2 and/or Twython?
