2025 NETWS Chapter Meeting

Nebraska Chapter of The Wildlife Society Meeting at the Holiday Inn in Kearney begins in exactly one week (February 25th, 26th & 27th)!

 

·       Remember to register for the meeting (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2025-nebraska-chapter-of-twscmps-annual-meeting-and-conference-tickets-1093544253299?aff=oddtdtcreator).

 

·       To book a room at the meeting location, please call the Kearney Holiday Inn at (308) 237-5971.

 

·       Poster presenters, we are planning to pin posters to the wall in the ballroom. We suggest 48 in X 48 in, but please do not exceed 48 inches high x 96 inches wide.

 

·       We are excited to announce that the Thursday morning workshop will feature David Haukos, and he will speak on the process of becoming a TWS Certified Wildlife Biologist.

o   If you are planning to attend the workshop, you are encouraged to bring college transcripts, resumes, and another materials you may want assistance with.

o   The workshop will take place at the University of Nebraska Kearney Bruner Hall of Sciences: Room 270

o   You can sign up for the workshop at the registration desk when you arrive at the Holiday Inn (limited to first 30 people; guest parking permits for UNK will be provided).

 

·       Attached is the 2025 meeting agenda and map for the workshop location.

 

·       Don’t forget to bring items for our auction.
