TWS MSC July newsletter

Dear track fans- 

 
We just completed the most successful TWS Motorsports Club event we have had in several years.  Maybe the barbeque meal helped, but we really had a nice turnout in spite of the weather.  Of course it rained a little, we managed to get all the sessions in.  Thank you.

 
Our event was followed by Ride Smart, the motorcycle school.  They were plagued by the weather too, but did get their day in with few fall-downs.

The next TWS Motorsports Club is set for July 28-29 and it is not too early to get your registration in.  Misty will be running the show and husband Martin will be handling the classroom.  Misty is ably assisted by Chris Cornwell and Kelley Reaves.

NASA returns to TWS August 4-5 and TWS will host a Test 'n Tune on Friday, Aug 3.

 
It is not too early to note one change in the Motorsports Club schedule.  Make a note that the November 10-11 Club date has changed to November 17-18.

Thanks to Misty Cain and Chris Cornwell, we think we now have a handle on our mass emailings to our group.  We have formed a Google group called Texas World Speedway Motorsports Club that will be used to get info to everyone. Emails will be sent through this group for the foreseeable future, so if you want to continue receiving the newsletters and all TWS event info, please join. Chris and Misty are the only people who will have the ability to send things, so don't worry about being inundated. They will be adding pages with event information to this site, in order to keep everyone up to date, as well. You can opt out at any point in time from the list and even set it to no email and just check the discussions, if you prefer.
