Basics of ArcGIS Pro Workshop

Overview: This workshop is aimed at introducing participants to ArcGIS Pro who have little to
no experience using ArcGIS Pro or are transitioning from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro. Participants will learn how to create field maps, generate random sampling points, save and use templates, and create maps for scientific publications. The datasets used in the
workshop exercises will be fisheries specific. Participants are encouraged to bring their own datasets to work on and ask questions at the end of the workshop, if time allows.
Requirements: Personal laptop with ArcGIS Pro installed and provided data downloaded before workshop.

Registration & Fee: Please register through the IL AFS 2024 conference webpage. The ArcGIS Pro
workshop registration is separate from the conference registration. The fee for participating is $30 for professionals and $20 for students. The maximum allowable number of registrants is 40 individuals.
