Contra Corners is having a special double-length dance on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, Nov. 27 at Greenwood (west of Charlottesville). There's an afternoon advanced dance, 2:00-5:30 with Kendall Rogers & Brad Battey, which will include an hour of waltzing to live music during an extended break. This will be followed by a potluck and then the regular evening dance, 6:30-9:30 with Ricochet (Rya Martin & Walter Hojka). The caller will be Ron Buchanan all day.
