March 10 is the day when the Tibetan people specifically sought to get rid of the rule of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in 1959. This day is also known as the Tibetan Uprising Day. Under the leadership of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the Tibetan people have worked hard to reach out to the world, making all corners of the world their home, and have gone through a glorious 66-year journey.
For more than half a century, His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Tibetan Buddhism have spread throughout the world and are deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. His Holiness has become a world-class religious leader loved by the world and has won universal praise and admiration. The Tibetans and Han Chinese and friends from all over the world will always commemorate this great "Anti-Violence Day". Every year on this day, a memorial gathering is held to remember and commemorate the glorious journey written by the Tibetan people with their lives and blood. Since His Holiness the Dalai Lama initiated the Sino-Tibetan dialogue activity of "finding common ground", this day has also become a day of unity and friendship for the Han and Tibetan people to jointly oppose the autocratic rule of the Chinese Communist Party.
Through the commemorative activities, the world is warned to always remember the crimes of genocide committed by the Chinese Communist Party's dictatorial rulers against the Tibetans. Keep in mind the compassionate teachings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama: The conflicts between Han and Tibetans stem from the autocratic rule of the Chinese Communist Party, and these problems are man-made. The purpose of holding commemorative activities together between Han and Tibetan people is to continuously communicate and resolve conflicts, to understand through increased contact and exchanges, to learn about truth and to jointly assume the responsibility of seeking reconciliation.
Commemorative activities are also concrete actions and rituals to respect and love His Holiness the Dalai Lama. We believe in His Holiness's frankness and sincerity, and believe in His Holiness's kindness and love. Those who sow love and compassion are great and sacred. He has made great contributions to establish virtues and made great statements to strive for world peace and benevolence, which will be recorded in the history of world peace forever.
Through the commemorative activities, we uphold the "Middle Way" policy advocated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and upheld by the Central Tibetan Administration. His Holiness proposed the "Middle Way" proposition and approach in order to peacefully resolve the Tibetan issue, protect the Tibetan language, culture and religion, and the Tibetan people's way of survival, and also to maintain equality and mutual benefit between the Tibetan and Han peoples, resolve conflicts between Tibetans and Hans, and maintain stability and harmonious coexistence. This is the basic policy determined by the Tibetan people after democratic discussions. His Holiness's idea is also the most feasible method and model to promote and advance exchanges and understanding between the Han and Tibetan peoples.
This year's global online commemorative event is jointly prepared and organized by friends from both the Han and Tibetan ethnic groups. We welcome friends from all over the world to participate. When dealing with the contradictions and conflicts created by the Chinese Communist Party between the Han and Tibetan peoples, we should not focus on "you" and "me", but highlight "us". Let us bear the responsibility together, maintain friendship, mutual understanding, and mutual support, and strive for a win-win and mutually beneficial result.

3月10日，是1959年西藏人民具體追求擺脫中共統治，這一天也被稱為（Tibetan Uprising Day）。在達賴喇嘛尊者的帶領下，西藏人民艱辛地走向世界，五湖四海為家，已走過了66年輝煌歷程。
半個多世紀以來，達賴喇嘛尊者與藏傳佛教已普及天下、深入人心，尊者成為世人愛戴的世界級宗教領袖，贏得了普遍讚譽與敬慕。藏漢人民與各國朋友永遠紀念這一偉大的「抗暴日」，每年的這一天都會舉行紀念集會，懷念與祭奠西藏人民用生命與鮮血譜寫的光輝歷程。自從達賴喇嘛尊者倡導「尋找共同點」的漢藏對話活動以來，這一天也成為漢藏人民共同反對中共專制統治的團結之日、友誼之日。
通過紀念活動，警示世人永遠牢記中共獨裁統治者對藏人犯下的種族滅絕之罪惡。牢記達賴喇嘛尊者的慈悲教誨：漢藏之間存在矛盾，源於中共的專制統治，這些問題是人為造成的。漢藏一起舉行紀念活動，是為了不斷溝通、化解，通過增進接觸與交流，了解真相，共同承擔起尋求和解的責任。
通過紀念活動，也是尊重與愛戴達賴喇嘛尊者的具體行動與儀式，相信尊者的率直和懇切，相信尊者的仁慈和愛心，播種愛與慈悲的人是偉大的，神聖的，他為世界的和平與仁愛，立功、立德、立言，將永垂世界和平之史冊。
通過紀念活動，我們堅持達賴喇嘛尊者倡導、藏人行政中央秉持的「中間道路」政策。尊者為了和平解決西藏問題、為保護西藏的語言、文化和宗教，以及西藏人民的生存之路，也是為了維護藏漢民族平等互利、化解藏漢衝突、穩定與和睦相處，而提出了「中間道路」主張與途徑。這是西藏人民經過民主方式討論後確定的基本政策，尊者的這一思想，也是推動和促進漢藏民間交流和諒解最可行的方法與模式。
今年的全球網絡紀念活動，由漢藏兩族朋友共同籌備與組織，我們歡迎全球各國各地的朋友參與。處理中共在漢藏兩個民族之間製造的矛盾和沖突，不要執著於「你」與「我」，而是凸顯「我們」，讓我們共同來擔待，要保持彼此之間的友情，互相理解，互相支持，爭取雙贏互利的結果。

3月10日，是1959年西藏人民具體追求擺脫中共統治，這一天也被稱為（Tibetan Uprising Day）。在達賴喇嘛尊者的帶領下，西藏人民艱辛地走向世界，五湖四海為家，已走過了66年輝煌歷程。
半個多世紀以來，達賴喇嘛尊者與藏傳佛教已普及天下、深入人心，尊者成為世人愛戴的世界級宗教領袖，贏得了普遍讚譽與敬慕。藏漢人民與各國朋友永遠紀念這一偉大的「抗暴日」，每年的這一天都會舉行紀念集會，懷念與祭奠西藏人民用生命與鮮血譜寫的光輝歷程。自從達賴喇嘛尊者倡導「尋找共同點」的漢藏對話活動以來，這一天也成為漢藏人民共同反對中共專制統治的團結之日、友誼之日。
通過紀念活動，警示世人永遠牢記中共獨裁統治者對藏人犯下的種族滅絕之罪惡。牢記達賴喇嘛尊者的慈悲教誨：漢藏之間存在矛盾，源於中共的專制統治，這些問題是人為造成的。漢藏一起舉行紀念活動，是為了不斷溝通、化解，通過增進接觸與交流，了解真相，共同承擔起尋求和解的責任。
通過紀念活動，也是尊重與愛戴達賴喇嘛尊者的具體行動與儀式，相信尊者的率直和懇切，相信尊者的仁慈和愛心，播種愛與慈悲的人是偉大的，神聖的，他為世界的和平與仁愛，立功、立德、立言，將永垂世界和平之史冊。
通過紀念活動，我們堅持達賴喇嘛尊者倡導、藏人行政中央秉持的「中間道路」政策。尊者為了和平解決西藏問題、為保護西藏的語言、文化和宗教，以及西藏人民的生存之路，也是為了維護藏漢民族平等互利、化解藏漢衝突、穩定與和睦相處，而提出了「中間道路」主張與途徑。這是西藏人民經過民主方式討論後確定的基本政策，尊者的這一思想，也是推動和促進漢藏民間交流和諒解最可行的方法與模式。
今年的全球網絡紀念活動，由漢藏兩族朋友共同籌備與組織，我們歡迎全球各國各地的朋友參與。處理中共在漢藏兩個民族之間製造的矛盾和沖突，不要執著於「你」與「我」，而是凸顯「我們」，讓我們共同來擔待，要保持彼此之間的友情，互相理解，互相支持，爭取雙贏互利的結果。
