Could Xi Jinping Be Successful In Provoking Discord Between Europe and the United States?

Recent news has proved everyone's prediction: Xi Jinping's visit to Moscow is not at all to mediate the war between Russia and Ukraine, but to provoke discord between Europe and the United States. Immediately, the French president, who likes to act as a maverick in Europe, rushed to Beijing to pay homage to Emperor Xi, and even said something like transcending differences and constraints. What differences? The biggest difference is democracy and freedom against dictatorship. What constraints? Now the so-called restraint is the Alliance of Democratic States, which opposes the aggression against Ukraine.
With transcending differences, so-called human rights, freedom of the press, etc. are out of the question. Beyond the constraints, the so-called hoping that Xi Jinping mediates the Russia-Ukraine war has become a cover, a blindfold to cover up the goals of a huge business team. Indeed, Xi Jinping's sowing discord has been carried out on France. The French president, Mr. Emmanuel Macron, who is struggling and overwhelmed by the protests of millions of French people and the economic recession, has firmly grasped this straw of President Xi Jinping. It seems that Xi Jinping's sowing discord will be successful, and a new chapter of wolf warrior diplomacy has opened.
However, after a closer examination at the news, we found that Mr. Macron still felt guilty. Before the visit, he had a phone call with US President Biden to obtain understanding. If you want to go beyond the constraints and over the unanimous position of the Western Alliance, you have to explain it to Big Brother and even get a verbal agreement. Can the United States say that it will not let you do business? It's hard to say something like that. Then he brought together the hardline President of the European Commission to Beijing, in order to silence the critics within the European Union (EU).
However, the storyteller's knowledge are all behind this. Criticism in France and Europe continued to pour in, with no press to be found which is praising Mr. Macron for his trip to Beijing. The milder media which do not want to offend big companies, are claiming they question if Mr. Macron is too naive. The less gentle ones talked about France always liking to act as a capitulator since Charles de Gaulle's time, and is an unreliable friend.
This kind of public opinion will inevitably force politicians to change their attitudes. President Macron must also balance the gap between public opinion and interests after returning to France. His interests are still in France and the EU. After the business orders are received, it will be a "who in this world is lying to whom" competition, and other European countries will follow suit -- flocking to Beijing like beggars, and finally coming to the conclusion of "someone who is stupid, has a lot of money, and come over quickly". Will Europe part its ways with the United States because of this? Impossible.
However, Chairman Xi's big money spree will change its course. After spreading money in Africa and Russia, it is time to spread it to developed countries. Thus it proves that the United States is not wrong when it says that the Chinese Communist regime is no longer a poor country. It is useless to argue -- even the United States does not have such a large amount of money to spread around. It's unreasonable for China to pretend to be poor. This is the brilliant first round of Xi Jinping's diplomacy, indeed brilliance of the wolf worrier plus big money spree.
This time, the hardline President of European Commission, Ms. Ursula von der Leyen accompanied Mr. Macron to visit Beijing, by which she meant to supervise Macron. Preventing Macron from having any secret agreement represents the concern of the 27 EU countries about France's out-of-the-box behavior. But Xi Jinping actually separated meetings, first meeting Macron, and then meeting von der Leyen. However, in the end, they still had to talk together otherwise how would Macron explain after he went back? Only someone like Xi would have acted as this kind of little chicken thief who wanted to cover up his acts.
Long ago, the powerful Soviet hegemony collapsed in the arms race with democratic countries. It fell apart and became a second-grade country, and the economy has not yet recovered even now. This was observed even by Deng Xiaoping, despite not liked to study -- he could tell that those who followed the Soviet Union were poor, and those who followed the United States became rich. So he carried out a half-baked reform to win over the United States and to develop the economy in China. Now Xi Jinping wants to engage in a competition of money spreading, and he wants to cooperate with Russia, the remnant of the Soviet Union, to fight against the United States and democratic countries. Is there anything good going to happen out of this?
People are all talking about the new world order, which may really have something to do with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). But that is the new world order rebuilt after the collapse of Xi Jinping's competition of money spreading, not the post-communist order with little chicken thieves being in power. 最近的消息，证明了大家的预测：习近平访问莫斯科，根本就不是为了调解俄乌战争，而是为了挑拨欧美关系。马上，欧洲最喜欢表现特立独行的法国总统，上赶着来到北京朝拜习皇帝，还说什么超越分歧和约束。什么分歧？最大的分歧就是民主自由和专制独裁。什么约束？现在所谓的约束就是民主国家联盟，反对侵略乌克兰。
超越了分歧，所以什么人权呀，新闻自由等等就不在话下了。超越了约束，所谓希望习近平调解俄乌战争也就成了幌子，成为遮掩巨大商业团队目标的障眼法。确实，习近平的挑拨离间落实在了法国身上。正在困境中挣扎的法国总统，正因为百万人抗议和经济衰退不知所措的马克龙先生，狠狠地抓住了习近平主席这根稻草。看上去习近平的挑拨离间似乎成功在望了，战狼外交开启了新篇章。
可是仔细看看新闻就发现，小马先生还是心虚，出访前先和美国总统拜登通了个电话，取得谅解。你要超越约束，超越西方联盟一致立场了，总得和老大哥交代一声，求得哪怕是口头的同意。美国能说不让你做生意吗？不好说什么吧。然后还拉上了强硬派的欧盟主席一起去北京，以便堵住欧盟内部批评的嘴，让大家投鼠忌器。
然而，说书先生的学问都在然而之后。然而，法国和欧洲的批评依然蜂涌鹊起，没有发现媒体赞扬马克龙的北京之行。温和一点儿的媒体不愿意得罪大企业，就说怀疑马克龙太天真。刻薄一点儿的就说法国从戴高乐时代就喜欢扮演投降派，是个不可靠的朋友。
这种舆论必然迫使政客们改变态度。马克龙总统也必须在返回法国之后，平衡舆论和利益之间的落差。他的利益还是在法国和欧盟。订单到手之后就会是"这个世界上究竟谁骗谁"了，其它欧洲国家也会有样学样，蜂涌到北京去讨饭，最后再来个人傻、钱多、快来。欧洲因此就和美国分道扬镳了吗？不可能。
只不过是习主席的大撒币改变了一下方向。撒完非洲撒俄罗斯，现在要撒发达国家了。证明美国说中共不再是穷国，没说错嘛。争辩也没用，这么大撒币就是美国也没有。你还装穷就太不合理了。这就是习近平外交光辉的第一回合，战狼加上大撒币的光辉耀眼。
这次强硬派的欧盟主席冯德莱恩随同访问北京，有着监督马克龙的意思。防止马克龙有什么秘密协议，代表着欧盟二十七国对法国出幺蛾子的担心。可是习近平居然搞出一个分别会见，先见马克龙，后见冯德莱恩。可是最后还是不得不一起会谈，否则人家马克龙回去之后怎么交代？这种欲盖弥彰的小鸡贼，也就是小习这个档次才干得出来。
当年强大的苏联霸权，在和民主国家的军备竞赛中轰然倒塌了。它分崩离析成为二流国家，经济到现在还没有恢复元气。连不读书的邓小平都看出来了，跟着苏联的就穷，跟着美国的就富起来了。所以搞了个半吊子改革，拉拢美国，发展经济。现在习近平要搞大撒币竞赛，而且要和苏联的遗骸俄罗斯合作，对抗美国和民主国家。这会有什么好结果吗？
都在议论新的国际秩序，可能还真的和中共有关。但那是在习近平的大撒币竞赛崩溃之后，重建的新的世界格局，而不是二杆子小鸡贼当道的，后共产主义的秩序。因为共产党的道理就是不讲理，不讲理哪有什么秩序？这就是法国人的天真之处。

都在议论新的国际秩序，可能还真的和中共有关。但那是在习近平的大撒币竞赛崩溃之后，重建的新的世界格局，而不是二杆子小鸡贼当道的，后共产主义的秩序。因为共产党的道理就是不讲理，不讲理哪有什么秩序？这就是法国人的天真之处。
