Xi Jinping's Economic Policies -- Totally Wrong
-- Wei Jingsheng

Xi Jinping recently held a so-called symposium to save the declining economy in China.  The flattering Chinese media said that the private economy in China is going to be boosted, and the situation is very good, etc.  If the private economy can be boosted by holding a symposium, can't it be suppressed by holding another one?  This is called "inspiring people"?  This can solve the current economic difficulties?  That must be dreaming.

When Xi Jinping encountered economic difficulties, the first thing he thought of was the real estate market and the stock market, so that his elite class could withdraw funds and go abroad to land safely in order to stabilize the ruling group.  This step is almost done, so now he thought of doing something to save the economy.  After all, this bunch of bureaucrats have to continue to mess around and can't run for the time being.

But how to save the economy in China?  Everyone knows that the economic difficulties are caused by insufficient consumption, but Xi just doesn't want to make it easy for the Chinese people.  What can he do while doesn't make it easy for the people?  So he recalled the economic thought provided by his most proud dog-headed advisor: productivity with new quality.  He thinks when he comes up with some unique scientific invention, it will lead the way to accomplish everything.  This approach is not surprising.  The top leaders of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), who know nothing but "class struggle", have been thinking in this way since they came to power – the fantasy way of thinking of peasants.

Since the 1980s, when the CCP leaders walked out of Qincheng Prison (used mostly for themselves), they learned from their mistakes and changed their ways, which had normalized the economic model in China.  There was no productivity with new quality then, almost all of it was traditional production methods and productivity.  Even "the two bombs and one satellite" developed during the Mao Zedong era did not help the economic take-off in the slightest, but only consumed funds and created obstacles to development in China.

Comrade Xi Jinping's ideas of productivity with new quality, artificial intelligence, etc., have almost become negative terms as soon as they came out of him.  Also high-speed rail and solar energy are becoming more and more unprofitable businesses.  Can these empty things boost the economy in China?  It's really even worse than those of Deng Xiaoping's generation of the CCP, as the leaders seem to have degenerated and their brains are filled with water.

Holding a meeting with a few private enterprise bosses will not be enough to boost the economy in China.  Without changing the unpredictable lawlessness policies, private enterprises cannot operate with confidence.  Without changing the one-party dictatorship, its policies are like dough that can be kneaded at will.  Isn't this symposium just a meeting without real content?  Saying a few nice words is worthless.  Even if Xi makes up his mind to make policies, it will only last for a while, yet be impossible to have stable credit like a society ruled by law.  This is the dilemma of all Chinese enterprises, including state-owned enterprises.  It's just that state-owned enterprises don't care about losing money.

If Xi is not even as good as Deng Xiaoping's half-baked reforms and returns to the planned economic model of the Mao Zedong era; if Xi wants to rely on the so-called productivity with new quality to get out of the predicament, his result can only be fishing for the moon in the water and quenching thirst by looking at plums, while the Chinese economy decline rapidly.  With the level of a CCP secretary-general in a brigade team, he thinks himself to be better than economists all over the world.  This kind of arrogance is not suitable for leading the economy of a country with problems.

However, I have seen more than one leader who became arrogant after becoming president and thought he was the greatest and surpassed everyone else.  But none of them was successful.  Not to mention in difficult times, even in stable times, such a leader will surely destroy his country or political party.  I don't think that there is an exception.

The current problems faced by the Chinese economy are precisely caused by the deliberate suppression of ordinary Chinese people's consumption for many years.  Earning excess profits in the international market and deliberately suppressing the income of the working class have accumulated to become the biggest economic problem at present.  Now increasing the income of ordinary Chinese and making up for the debts over the years is the only way to save the economy in China.  But are the upper elites of the one-party dictatorship willing to do so?  This is the biggest problem.

Even after there is no other way, they are still unwilling to increase the income of ordinary Chinese.  It seems that at least Xi Jinping must be replaced to prevent the economy from continuing to decline and to save China and the CCP itself.  Indeed, the level of a brigade secretary-general is not suitable for managing a country, even if it is a country with a one-party dictatorship.
