Twitter-based voting suggestions?

Hi all,

At this week's Computers, Freedom, and Privacy conference, we're going to debate and draft a Social Network Users' Bill of Rights, aka #BillOfRights.  The idea is to come up with 8-10 rights that are short enough that they're tweetable.  On Friday afternoon, we're going to debate and vote on it -- and video will be webcast. 

I'd love to have some form of twitter-based voting too. 

Any suggestions on how best to accomplish this?
