Moderating this group

Hi All,

Glad to see this project taking off again. While there's not much I
can do from Australia (since I can't contribute to code) I'll do what
I can to promote this when the time comes.

With a lot of new people coming on, messages are being pre-moderated
and are not coming through to the list in a timely manner (a problem
when dealing with situations like conference call gremlins).

I'm happy to continue moderating, but I am currently +14 hours from
EST so I'm not always able to respond quickly. I'm happy to upgrade
anyone to Manager who wouldn't mind helping moderate (a few extra
emails in your inbox).

They're being moderated? I had no idea. I'm okay with it being open. There's gonna be a lot of talking in the coming weeks and we probably can't afford to slow it down. Can we make registration moderated but posting open?

I should have been more clear. If you are new, your posts will be moderated until one of the moderators checks "Always allow" for your account. 

The majority of posts are coming through without moderation.
