Two questions:
- The link to http://translate.twttr.com/help/locale/id doesn't work.
Is the document supposed to be there?
- Does the moderation/approval system exists?

We still don't have Indonesian specific help doc and we haven't
provided Moderator access just yet. Stay tuned as we'll be adding them
eventually.
