How do you get your translation approved?

Hi All,

I've been wondering how do you get your translation approved. I am at
level 9 now. Translating/voting for 800 words. Get more than 1000
votes. But my approved translation is zero. Who approve our
translation? How long does it take for a translation to get approved,
if ever?
