Dear superstar translators,

We are excited to announce the launch of new TTC Forums. Our goal is
to provide you with all the tools you need in one place where you can
translate, communicate with peers, ask questions and learn more about
new features, tools, known bugs and read other useful information.

What will happen to Google groups? Our new forums allow for much more
user interaction and the option to add features specific to our needs.
Once we get all moderators and translators on the TTC forums we will
set an exact date by which the Google groups will be closed.

Here are the main sections of the new TTC forums:

> Style guidelines

- Twitter style: Please read this section first to learn more about
translation guidelines that apply to all languages on Twitter. For
language specific guidelines, you can refer to the corresponding
folder placed under the Language discussion section.

> Translation Center

- Translators general discussion: General discussions happen here
where translators and moderators mingle, learn from each other, and
also welcome new volunteers.

- Feature requests: This is where dreams come true! If you have a
feature request or a great idea that you believe will make translation
process better, this is the place to share your thoughts.

> Bugs

- Reported bugs update: You can check the status of a reported bug
here and learn more how hard our engineers are working to fix it.
Found a new bug? In a week, we will add a "ReportABug" form to TTC
where you can submit bug reports and then follow the progress under
Bugs section.

> Language discussions

Here, you will see separate forums for each language where topics
specific to that language are discussed.

Please take a moment to visit the forum by clicking on the "Forums"
tab on the main page of TTC menu bar and get yourself familiarized
with all the sections and don't forget to start the conversation under
general discussion section. Enjoy!

Best,

Kaveh
