HTML5 player w/o hls

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to embed a html5 player without HLS.
I saw the documentation for an embeded player ( https://github.com/justintv/Twitch-API/blob/master/embedding.md#embedding-streams-vods-and-chat ) but since there is no way for this player to works on Chrome mobile I am looking for another method.
