Error in MapReduce - Running WordCount Sample

Hey Thilina,

                 i am getting error in word count example in azure cloud. I attached snapshot of the error with this. please suggest the way to resolve this error.

Hi Dhaval,

Looks like you are using the development storage. Development storage has a bug, which causes this exception. Please use a real Azure storage account, even if you are testing the things in the local fabric.

Hi Dhaval,

Mostly, these kind of errors come up due to Azure SDK installation issues. Du you have IIS installed?.  Getting Azure SDK installation right is bit hard with the current versions. Best is to try creating a new empty web role project in a new solution and to see whether it'll deploy. If that also does not work, then you have to probably uninstall/reinstall the Azure SDK.

             Unable to run Sample K-meansMRClient. Getting same error Exception of type 'Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient.StorageClientException' was thrown. Twiter4Azure running properly. I am using Azure Storage and follows all steps given at http://twister4azure.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Quick%20Start%20Guide. What shoud i do to resolve this?

Please post the whole stack trace. It's hard to figure out much by looking at just the exception type.
