build failure with ucx

Hi Chathura,

twister2 build fails on my machine with upgraded ucx. 

It says io_demo failed. Error message is below. 

Build took 4705 seconds upto this failure.

thanks. it compiled after bazel clean. 

it was also much faster. it took only 707 seconds.
