Twister2 v0.8.0 Released!

We have just released Twister2 v0.8.0. This release has the following new features and many bug fixes and improvements.

1. Fault Tolerance enhancements
2. Apache Beam integration is now official Beam Docs
3. Improvements to configurations
4. Major TSet API update

I uploaded Twister2 Docker containers for Kubernetes to Docker Hub and tested them. Everything worked fine.
