rebuild the block database

Hi,

im testing twister on win10 subsystem linux, and i get to lauch it, but while retrieving blockchain i get a message 

Error opening block database.

Do you want to rebuild the block database now? (assuming YES)

but process seems to stop there.

How can I correct this?

Please try launching twister with the "-reindex" option, it might fix this.

Alternatively you may erase the "blocks" directory and have twister to download the whole blockchain again.
