increase the decimal places of the x y z coordinates

Dear all,

I'm trying to increase the decimal places of output file.

dump 1 all custom WSe2_3_14dump.xyz id type x y z
dump_modify 1 format float %20.15g

I tried above commands. didn't work.

any suggestions?
