Control pre-twist stacking order and direction of twist?

Dear Twister team, thank you for the great and helpful software. I have two questions regarding creating the bilayer structures.
1) Is it possible to control the stacking of the mos2 bilayer before introducing the twist?
2) Is rotating in a clock and anti-clock wise direction possible? Like +5 and -5 degrees?

I want to place the two layers in AB, AA, and AA' stacking and then rotate the top layer by theta in clock and anti-clock directions.
