I see a high of 54 and a few showers around for Saturday on Accuweather.
Doesn't look like I'll be doing much biking for the next couple of days.
I'd sure like to get a group ride going for Saturday.

If we don't like the weather forecast, I'd suggest we do some hills.
That keeps us within about five miles of the boat launch. We could do
Anatone, Peola, Spiral, or we could to the UI route riding up Lindsay
creek and then hit those three hills in that order. The old club Three
Summits ride just reverses the order.

This also allows options for joining in or bailing out.

That's just one idea.

I'm up for a ride. Yesterday the hilltops were covered with snow. Are you
sure you want to venture up there? I was thinking about re-creating my first
century, which was what I call the 50/50 century. 50% in Washington, 50% in
Idaho. Southway boat launch to end of pavement near Heller Bar, followed by
a Lapwai loop. That is about the easiest century a person can do around
here. Just an Idea,

Bill, it looks like I'm joining the Easy Does it Ride with Gary and
Donna. A couple of new people. We'll ride up to the end of the pavement
on Asotin creek, have lunch at Daily's Bakery, and I'll want to go on
probably. Join us.

Sunday's looking good too. I may want to start early. We'll talk on
Saturday.
Could have gone out this afternoon but by 2:00 pavement was still wet
and a few light drops were still falling. I suppose I could even have
gone out when I got home about 4. Lot's of light, now. But the mood had
passed. You know us retired guys!
