Table doesn't in Engine

please , can someone help me to solve this corrupted database.

i have tried to use mysqlfrm but i'm getting the following error

C:\xampp\mysql\data\samora>mysqlfrm --server=root:@localhost:3306 "admin.frm">admin.txt --port=3310

ERROR: The process "12872" not found.

i have faced the same issue. i was wonder if you have found the way to fix the issue?
