Suspect fled on foot towards Georgetown Apts. Perimeter is up K9 enroute.

*Update* suspect taken into custody after officers surrounded his residence, and negotiators talked him into a peaceful surrender.

Brooklyn Center SWAT still enroute to the scene will be clearing the residence prior to a full search.
