What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open twin.zip file and run the sharpclaws.exe
2. it is getting blocked. So any network preferences to be made to run this
executable


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
sharpclaws.exe should be ran

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7
